L'ami Louis restaurant in Paris

L'Ami Louis is one of the most expensive Bistrot in Paris. But people came from all over the world to eat the French meals presented there. It’s known that president Clinton came often chez l’Ami Louis while in Paris.. If money is not a problem just enjoy escargots de Bourgogne, assiettes de foie gras, poulets de Challans (one says it's the best roast chicken in Paris see this pdf about it), grilled veal kidneys, roasted suckling lamb, pheasant, venison, confit of duck...
The prices are extravagant (54 € for the foie gras, 70 € for the chicken), the wines historical (Montrachet, Latour, Yquem) and are dominated by the statue of commander of the jeroboam of Pétrus 1986 to 10 910 €.

although i don't know karen, i agree with her completely, and have felt that way for some 25 years. the baby lamb in season is to die for. i can still taste it.

L'ami Louis.. is really great.. understand better why french president Chirac is coming often to this place.. not a silly guy

price crazy.. but great place.. so french.. you should try once l'Ami Louis..
