missing buttons for vintage 1960s chanel jacket

where can I find authentic Chanel buttons missing from my jackets. The London Bond Street shop is very unhelpful and hostile but the Rue Cambon shop is delightful.
Any ideas anyone otherwise I have to go to Paris each time with the jacket in question.
