In the Poncelet street and its wonderful typical market, you'll enter the universe of coffe-roasting. You'll be initiated by an expert, who'll be pleased to teach you how to appreciate this intense drink and its delicate aroma. Afterwards, you'll be led by our local guide to an exquisite chocolate factory close to the Monceau Park. After a nice walk under the trees, you'll discover the fabulous products of a multicultural delicatessen, very close to the Batignolles. At last, be ready for a French wine tasting, which will certainly fulfill your heart and palate.

Have you ever been overwhelmed by the subtle smell of coffee? Thanks to Laurent - this passionate coffee-roaster - be sure you'll be! This coffee expert will tell you everything about his work, coffee-beans, their origins, their specificities and their roasting process. Your vision of coffee will never be the same.

Chocolate:
To most of us, chocolate is associated to childhood, great occasions and emotion. Yet, this fine product has an history of its own too - according to its origins and its preparation, it can taste completly differently. That is exactly the kind of secret Didier is ready to unveil to you, in his own chocolate laboratory. Dark, milk or white, after the story comes the tasting of some delicious creations.

Delicatessen:
Refinement and exoticism are the key words to describe Claire's universe. This food lover has picked up the best products from Brittany, Corsica, Italy and the Middle-East, in order to please and surprise every visitor, who enters her place. She'll also be glad to show you some of her favourite culinary books and novel displayed in the pretty library corner she created in her shop. Welcome in heaven!

Wine:
Last but not least, let's meet Lise! This wine lover located in a charming street close to the Batignolles, will welcome you to open one of the finest bottles she's got in her shop. Red, white, rosé or champagne, she'll tell you everything about grapes, soil and the vintages. An encounter that tastes as good as it sounds!
