Éric Desbordes at "114 Faubourg" (8e)
La brasserie du Bristol where l'Épicure d'Éric Frechon has once again 3 stars
Sylvain Sendra at "Itinéraires" (5e)
Frédéric Duca at "L'Instant d'or" (8e)
Laurent André at "La cuisine du Royal Montceau" (8e),
Hervé Rodriguez at "MaSa" à Boulogne-Billancourt
