Around 50% of flights in and out of Paris Orly, Roissy Charles de Gaulle and Beauvais airports are expected to be cancelled wednesday as a strike by French air-traffic controllers continues for the last day of the strike.

Unions of air-traffic controllers have called for this strike in protest at european plans to renew flight organization and work. For the controllers the Single European Sky (SES) project will affect public safety and their working conditions.
